Privacy policy.

What we collect
If you join the newsletter or ask to be notified when we ship to your city, we keep the email address you give us and the source of the signup. That's the extent of it. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't buy or sell data.
How we use it
Your email is used to send the updates you asked for: availability, new formulations, and the occasional note from the studio. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how the site performs; nothing that identifies you personally.
Third parties
Emails are delivered through a transactional email provider, which processes your address solely to send our messages. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it out.
