Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.

Orders and availability

STILL is currently sold through our stockists in Wellington, Auckland, and Christchurch. Online ordering and direct shipping begin in fall 2026. Until then, the cart and checkout on this site let you register interest; no payment is taken.

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST.

Subscriptions

Subscribe-and-save pricing applies from your first delivered order once shipping begins. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time; changes apply from the next billing cycle.

Returns

If an order arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you. Because STILL is a food product, we can't accept returns of opened cans.

Health

STILL is a food-grade nootropic beverage, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, talk to your doctor before drinking adaptogenic blends.

Intellectual property

The STILL. name, wordmark, can design, photography, and the writing on this site belong to STILL Beverages Ltd. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
